Please review the 3 file rule on the Resources and Referrals page. If you are starting out, you can only submit 1 file at a time until 3 total is reached. This rule is explained in detail on the Resources and Referrals page.

If you attempt to contact other researchers, we will cease working with you, no exceptions. Our researchers value their privacy and do not want to be contacted by strangers asking for advice. If we hear you have attempted or have contacted any of your researchers names, we will no longer work with you. We take protecting our members privacy very serious. 

Please check this list prior to submitting surplus funds files to us. If you see the file on the list, do not submit to us. This list is usually update 3-5 times per week depending on file submissions. 

1. The list is sorted by State, County then File Name.
2. File Names are listed as Last Name, First Name.
3. File submissions can take up to 3 business days to appear on the list.
4. If underwriting kicks back a file to you for errors, the file is not accepted.  You have the option to correct and resubmit the corrected file to paperwork. We do not hold files and wait for you to fix. If another researcher correctly submits the same file you were working, we will accept their correct file.
5. We purge files ever 1-2 years. Please see explanation on the Resources and Referrals page along with a schedule of file purge dates.
6. Researcher name indicates who received credit for the file submission
